openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-DVD-x86_64-kde:investigate:retry@64bit_cirrus-2G fails in
systemsettings

Test suite description

TIMEOUT_SCALE property is added to avoid sporadic shutdown fails in kde@USBboot_64 scenario.

Further details

According the needles, system settings will open 'all settings' page
Now it opens 'quick settings', maybe need to update needle?
