Here are the notes from a community meeting where CORE Backbone attended. We will continue to keep them listed as a sponsor as they express desire to assist, but we just need to find a solution. ddemaio can connect team or heroes to them. Let ddemaio and daniel know what options we are able to consider.

CORE BACKBONE

Sponsorship with 1GB uplink for OBS
Discuss sponsorship status
ok to get a vlan at franken campus and can go back to a former setup. This possible from CORE Backbone's side.
If we have any in Cecelo, that uplink can be provided as well.
Might have a location in Zurich. A possible solution as well from Geeko Foundation view point
CORE Backbone's network is present at https://www.core-backbone.com/en/our-locations/ and see if we have some overlaping possibilities.
Germany Core-Backbone Nuremberg Deutschherrnstr. 15-19 is also another option.
May have co-locaiton in UK.

2025-01-04 is a Saturday. Is this intentional, or did you mean Jan 2nd?

Since we are already on it - would it make sense to move the meeting to Jan 9th so that people are back from vacation?

Sorry, my first post was using the calendar of my DE, which confused me. Then I edited by going by cal -w Jan, not thinking it would show the past January. Now cal -w Jan 2025 should hopefully make me edit this for the last time. :-) I am fine with the second, but if people/you prefer, we can also postpone it.
