It is interesting that the issue can only be seen on aarch64 platform. I can find some clue that the container repo is not there for aarch64

As discussed with qe-yast team, container module is not available on sle12sp5+aarch64. so the test would fail.

Update has another issue so will be rejected, but I will ask Marcus about this failure.
