Observation

wsl-systemd has conflict with other DMs [1]
We have to handle this conflict and not install wsl-systemd

openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP7-Online-x86_64-allpatterns@64bit fails in
select_patterns

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 38.1

Expected result
