We should establish testing for crun and for runc as container runtime for podman.

For now, the container runtime tests should only be applied to Tumbleweed. There is an ongoing discussion, whether crun is supported in SLES16 and in SLEM6.

Acceptance criteria¶

• AC1 On Tumbleweed there will be another test scenario that uses the default podman test runs but with runc as the container engine
