Motivation

This is a feature requested by Debian and GNOME OS.
A wait_for_silence call is meant to be used for testing distro installation with speech synthesis. Speech is used to support digital accessibility (blindness, etc).

We already have two functions in testapi.pm assert_recorded_sound or check_recorded_sound. Maybe this is not that hard to implement
