Description

Hi.

The instructions¹ states that there is no SMTP server available, but
instructs to configure an e-mail client to send e-mails as @
opensuse.org. How to achieve this?

  1. https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Members_mailaddress

Hi,

You can use any SMTP server in theory.
A simple guide for Gmail is available here: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/22370?hl=en

Be aware that in some cases, the email sent could be classified as spam, because the SMTP server domain and address domain do not match.
