closedmails from bs_hilbertsync to opensuse-commit are being flagged as spam
0%
Description
Hi,
the mails hilbert/bs_hilbertsync sends to the "opensuse-commit" list are being rejected as spam
(and the main purpose of that list is distribution of these commit logs)
can you please help here, what needs to be changed ?
(I tried to forward the bounce but that in turn was also rejected by the list because
the grep for X-Spam and X-Spam-Flag does not differentiate properly beween header and body of
the mail (I hope having them in the middle of the line will not trigger this as well).

Thanks! If I interpret this correctly, the rspamd server at suse.de adds X-Spam-Flag: YES
. We do not even run rspamd at openSUSE, so the shown X-Spamd-Result cannot possibly be coming from openSUSE. I think it's ok behavior for our openSUSE mail servers to interpret an email which declares itself as spam as spam, I'm not sure this is something to solve or work around on our openSUSE end? :)
Edit to clarify: on the openSUSE end any email with X-Spam-Flag: YES
is interpreted as spam, regardless of whether this header was added by our SpamAssassin or already passed from the sender.

okay, so I guess I'll have to raise this with SUSE IT to not flag our own commit reports as spam ... thanks!

Yes, I fear so. If anything else on this end, feel free to reach out again.
