Observation¶

Jobs have comment but the underline fa-comment icon is not displayed to all the jobs in the overview page.
In first glance this is confusing. Let's do the comment displayable to all jobs despite the status, for consistency.

Reproduce¶

Use the overview page to submit a comment to all filtered jobs.
if there is a job with status cancelled the icon is not shown (comment although is submitted for this job)
