Motivation

The skip_registraiton test fails in zypper_lifecycle.

openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP7-Full-x86_64-skip_registration@64bit fails in
zypper_lifecycle

Test suite description

Skipping registration for SLE 15, as requires network connection. This is default behavior for SLE 12.

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 8.2

Additional info

The bad behaviour of zypper_filecycle got introduced with this commit which starts talking to the SCC if SCC_REGCODE_LIVE exist.
SCC_REGCODE_LIVE is defined on medium level.

Acceptance criteria

  • AC1: correct the behaviour of zypper_lifecycle so that it does not contact SCC in skip_registration tests.
