[s390x] Add ability to install via smb

Description
User story¶
As we had back in the time when manual testing was much more important, we had a defined testcase to install SLES over smb on s390 machines
At the moment this is not covered within openqa, but should be easily doable
tasks¶
- set up a smb server on openqa.suse.de which has access to the synced repos like we have for ftp
- set up variables (or better think about which variable could be used for smb installations)
- adapt bootloader_s390 to pass the right arguments for a smb installation to the parmfile
- set up testcases on o.s.d

Test "xfs-smb" created on o.s.d.
Test should be shown in Test Development group after merge and new build has been triggered
