Description

It seems that very recently some Discourse forum software "upgrade" must have removed the openSUSE (exclusive?) fix for absent native scrollbar in "unsupported" browsers (SM 2.53.18.2 here). No longer more than just the top portion of content can be accessed while CSS is enabled, just like on other Discourse sites, such as https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/.

You might have more luck submitting a pull request to address the previous modification for this issue that was created here https://github.com/openSUSE/forums-o-o/blob/master/common/common.scss#L1-L3, since we simply do not have enough resources to take care of maintenance of web browsers not supported by discourse.

The problem apparently has since self-corrected by a later update.
