Observation¶
Maybe a quick fix would be is_encrypted? process_reboot(trigger => 1) : wait_boot but that's not solving the problem, process_reboot and wait_boot seem to be doing the same thing (see #164024 for follow up)

SLE Micro image boot with ignition disk and default tests. Default tests are transactional-update, rebootmgr, health_check, cockpit service and some other checks specific to SLE Micro.
