Observation

  1. https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1227389
    kernel update is installed over and over

  2. https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1227395
    Updates installed pop-up is there but in background is Pkit still doing something,
    when OK is pressed while it's not done it will fail.

openQA test in scenario opensuse-15.6-DVD-Updates-x86_64-upgrade_Leap_15.5_gnome@64bit fails in
updates_packagekit_gpk

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 20240625-3

Expected result

Last good: 20240625-2 (or more recent)
