Matomo lost styling

Description

After implementing LoginOIDC (https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/157798) I confirmed all was working fine (was able to log in, browse the UI, log out, ...). When I tried it a second time a short while later, all styling was gone - now https://beans.opensuse.org/matomo/, the login page as well as the UI after login look like as if they are missing some CSS.

Browser console does not indicate any failing resources.
I tried the suggestions in https://matomo.org/faq/troubleshooting/faq_135/ with no luck.

Help wanted.
