Reason why we should keep httpd container from docker.io as of now

1) opensuse httpd does not start due to missing dir

# AH00558: httpd: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 10.90.0.11. Set the 'ServerName' directive globally to suppress this message
(2)No such file or directory: AH02291: Cannot access directory '/var/log/apache2/' for main error log
AH00014: Configuration check failed

not sure whether it is intended or bug

2) nginx from opensuse registry

works well only for ipv4, ipv6 connections are hanging for some reason, possibly another bug

Maybe we can live with any of these containers that were released in registry.suse.com, however that is also sub-optimal solution

ok, so the test registry was not up and running

this container has to run 24/7
