Enable toolbox 6.1 in the container release bot, similar to 6.0:

The new projects are:

SUSE:SLFO:Products:SL-Micro:6.1:CR         images
SUSE:SLFO:Products:SL-Micro:6.1:CR:ToTest  images  
SUSE:Containers:SLE-Micro:6.1              containers

The image under test:
registry.suse.de/suse/slfo/products/sl-micro/6.1/cr/totest/images/suse/sl-micro/6.1/toolbox:latest

I am reopening because I forgot to mention that the job group also needs to be updated :)
And new mediums need to be created for sle-micro 6.1 Container-Image-Updates

When it comes to the host where to test this, we can re-use 6.0.

Something new in 6.1 is that we have PowerPC images (including Toolbox). So, I am not sure what host to be used, as we don't have any SLEM ppc tested so far...
