open[Build Service] Binary packages are not synced with mirrors
0%
Description
Hello,
It appears that (at least) 'provo-mirror' does not sync the binary packages
of home:librespace:satnogs and home:librespace:satnogs-unstable projects.
See for example:
- https://provo-mirror.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/librespace:/satnogs-unstable/
I've also tried to dry-run pull the repos with rsync from rsync.opensuse.org and
discovered that they are indeed out of sync, using the command:
rsync -rlptyHn -f'+ /home:/' -f'+ /home:/librespace:/***' -f'- *' rsync.opensuse.org::buildservice-repos /tmp/foobar --delay-updates --delete-delay -hi --stats
Here is the related IRC discussion:
Is there a way to unpublish packages from OBS mirrors?
I've tried to osc wipebinaries , delete the repositories but some mirrors contain packages
when? some minutes ago, or several days ago?
(mirrors take time to sync, and outdated mirrors are also possible)
I would say months
then these mirrors are clearly outdated (or miss --delete in their rsync command)
https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/librespace:/satnogs-unstable/
https://provo-mirror.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/librespace:/satnogs-unstable/
The Debian_10 repository has been deleted since March
But I don't think that it's only a missing --delete argument. I have added new packages that were never picked up by this mirror
that indeed sounds like we'll have to check
can you please open a ticket (mail to admin@opensuse.org) so that it doesn't get lost? (just paste the lines above into a mail)
Sure!
Thanks
Cheers,
Vasilis Tsiligiannis
