Description

In order to migrate Matomo from legacy FreeIPA LDAP to idm.i.o.o OpenID we need to onboard Doug to the Heroes VPN. He already has a Heroes user (ddemaio). POSIX access is not needed, only membership to the VPN group and certificate enrollment.
