Description

The Setting of INCIDENT_REPO needs to add incident repo for Desktop.
Open this ticket for fix the issue hit when doing openQA maintenance review.

33664:libyui conflicts found in sap jobs, for example on aarch64: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/14540368#step/update_install/417
the installed libyui-qt-pkg16-4.5.3-150500.3.5.10.aarch64 requires 'libzypp.so.1732()(64bit)', but this requirement cannot be provided
The Settings are:

INCIDENT_ID 33664
INCIDENT_REPO http://download.suse.de/ibs/SUSE:/Maintenance:/33664/SUSE_Updates_SLE-Module-Basesystem_15-SP5_aarch64

libyui-qt-pkg16 is in SLE-Module-Desktop-Applications_15-SP5 so INCIDENT_REPO needs to include it.
