Hello
I realized that OpenSuse is partially covered with mirror in Singapore, as I don't see the repo/iso for Leap versions.
I am the mirror admin of mirror.freedif.org supporting various projects like LinuxMint, VLC, TDF, ...
I have spare bandwidth (We are on a 10GBPS) and storage (I can allocate probably 2-5TB to OpenSuse)

If interested, what would be the best way to RSYNC OpenSuse? (I may not need to sync the staged one)

You could sync (with excludes of your choice) from
rsync rsync://stage-main-repos.opensuse.org/opensuse-full-with-factory/opensuse/
or from slower
rsync rsync://rsync.opensuse.org/opensuse-full-with-factory/opensuse/

I think the most interesting for you to sync atm is 15.5 and 15.6 there:

Have done the needed to sync 15.5 and 15.6 from
rsync://stage-main-repos.opensuse.org/opensuse-full-with-factory/opensuse/

It went well and ready to support new users.
