Description

apptainer currently has it's own test module. We should check, if the basic engine tests provided by container_engine.pm can be reused for apptainer or if we need that dedicated test module

Acceptance criteria

  • Check if container_engine.pm can be used to test apptainer, and if so, adapt the test runs to do so
