Motivation
Update stack migration testing with zypper migration got one issue.

According the document: https://documentation.suse.com/sles/15-SP5/single-html/SLES-upgrade/index.html#sec-upgrade-online-zypper-plain
We can change to use plain zypper to do migration for update stack case.

For aarch64 if use plain zypper it failed at first_boot.

I found during zdup migration, Updating /etc/sysconfig/displaymanager ...
May enabled displaymanager. So at first_boot, it cannot show text console.
Change aarch64 job to offline migration. It can work well.
