Discussed with desktop team. Need open new bug for this issue. As this issue still can reproduce at sles15sp6.

The softfailure is not mitigated, do not resolve the ticket, we use this for metrics. we will continue monitoring that this is resolved.
Please mention on the bug the previous bug.

The previous bug bsc#1157930 has been fixed at sles15sp2.
So that soft-failed has been removed.
I opened one new bug bsc#1222655 for sles15sp6. And updated the soft-failed with this new bug id
