The issue is very tricky that it can only be seen on sle15sp2 platform so far.¶

I did some investigation and found some clue https://openqa.suse.de/tests/13919238#step/bootloader_start/53 [out of memory], I am wondering that the issue may have something to do with the repo we used now, [is it the latest one or is it corrupt or a product bug?]

Setting:
REPO_0=SLE-15-SP2-Installer-DVD-s390x-GM-DVD1 [Which is cloned from GM FULL iso image]

Now the issue is not seen if I use another repo https://openqa.suse.de/tests/13919572#details

Observation¶

openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP2-Server-DVD-Incidents-Minimal-s390x-qam-minimal-full@s390x-zVM fails in
bootloader_start

Reproducible¶

Fails since (at least) Build :32955:util-linux

Expected result¶

Last good: :32904:kernel-docs (or more recent)
