closed[qe-core][sle15sp2][s390x]test fails in bootloader_start, ssh/vnc sessions lost with unknown reason during the installation phase 1

Description
The issue is very tricky that it can only be seen on sle15sp2 platform so far.¶
I did some investigation and found some clue https://openqa.suse.de/tests/13919238#step/bootloader_start/53 [out of memory], I am wondering that the issue may have something to do with the repo we used now, [is it the latest one or is it corrupt or a product bug?]
Setting:
REPO_0=SLE-15-SP2-Installer-DVD-s390x-GM-DVD1 [Which is cloned from GM FULL iso image]

Action items¶
- Upload a new full iso img and create the repo again I checked md5sum for the new uploaded iso image, it was the same.
- Find new QU release for sle15sp2 Let me try with https://download.suse.de/ibs/SUSE/Products/SLE-Full/15-SP2-QU3/s390x/iso/
- Check with Developer to see if it is a bug
