Motivation¶
As observed in #157666 the openqa-scheduler was overloaded itself or overloading openqa-websockets ending up in the execution time of individual cycles to be too high. As openqa-scheduler already knows about when next execution "ticks" should happen it should also be able to detect situations when the execution of individual cycles takes longer than expected or "too long".
