openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP2-Full-ppc64le-install_os@ppc64le_legolas_2 fails in
bootloader

Test suite description

The PowerPC server legolas-1.qe.prg2.suse.org 10.145.6.71 connects 10.168.192.10 qa-jump.qe.nue2.suse.org via tftp, the file transfer speed is very slow (20M needs over 30 minutes) recently

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build GM (current job)
