We updated the value of net.ipv6.route.max_size sysctl to 2147483647 according to the information provided in https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1219295.
Some updates may still display the old value of net.ipv6.route.max_size - https://openqa.suse.de/tests/13770473#step/Sysctl/782 , which could be because the fixed kernel has not yet been included in the update.
