Motivation

Test RMT regression manual testing, please reference the test steps from confluence:
https://confluence.suse.com/pages/viewpage.action?spaceKey=qasle&title=How+to+test+RMT+regression+cases

Last time, we tested rmt-server-2.15, please check the latest rmt-server version first, if there's a newer rmt-server version then 2.15, then test it; if not, then no need to take this manual test.

Acceptance criteria

AC1 : Check the latest rmt-server version from: https://build.suse.de/package/view_file/Devel:SCC:RMT/rmt-server/rmt-server.changes?expand=1
AC2 : Do manual testing if there's a newer rmt-server version
AC3 : Record the rmt-server version you tested in this ticket
AC4 : When completed, file another ticked indicating the new version
