Currently our seccomp tests only include bare smoke tests for docker: https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse/blob/b30c06e67a1eb0eefb2971c88cf779dc70e3147a/lib/containers/utils.pm#L28

We should extend this test to include podman and use the provided functionality therein, e.g. via a seccomp=profile.json profile.

Acceptance criteria¶

• Extend seccomp to also run on podman
• Test seccomp feature at least on podman, e.g. via seccomp=profile.json
