Motivation

Multiple systems and processes integrate with openQA which need to know when a certain product has finished testing which can be 1:N openQA jobs, commonly within one "build". openQA should now when a build finished testing and send according events. Definitions on what "finished" includes can differ, e.g. including/excluding jobs in a development job group.
