Background¶

A recent regression from an API incompatibility between docker and buildah/skopeo in https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1219563 shows us that we don't have any tests for scopeo.

We should create a simple test run for skopeo.

Acceptance criterium¶

• Create a simple smoke test for skopeo
• if possible in conjunction with docker and with podman
• Factory first principle applies
