Observation

The openssl package was slightly reworked, with a split

  • New libopenssl-fips-provider package.

The test needs to be updated to work reliably with this change again

openQA test in scenario microos-Tumbleweed-MicroOS-Image-x86_64-microos_fips@64bit fails in
openssl_fips_cipher

Test suite description

microos FIPS enablement and some FIPS specific tests.

Fails since (at least) Build 20231001

actually, this could probably be called a bug in the fips pattern... I'll check that option
