Seems we are using the qcow2 images which maintained by qe-yam, do we need to add a new parent job then?

The PUBLISH_HDD_1 is set again so it should work for you for next build, but it is recommended that you copy the test suite and run it in one of the job groups that you maintain (maybe a dev job group), because more changes will occur in the future.
