Found a problem in config of control instances on worker40, created https://gitlab.suse.de/openqa/salt-pillars-openqa/-/merge_requests/732 (merged).

so I assume so far the important pre-requisites are fulfilled. I set https://jira.suse.com/browse/ENGINFRA-3841 to "Done" accordingly.

@Nan Zhang @Marius Kittler can you help me understand https://openqa.suse.de/tests/13717159#step/bootloader_svirt/34 running and failing on worker8-vmware.qe.prg2.suse.org failing with "Test died: VMWare did not return a web socket URL, it responsed:". For context https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/154453 . WDYT could be the cause of the failure?
