Motivation

There's no Packagehub-15-SP6-Pool repo in proxyscc, so we need to test packagehub migration in milestone group.
Move the following cases to milestone group and test them via scc.

  • offline_sles12sp5_pscc_phub_def_full
  • offline_sled15sp5_pscc_basesys-desk-we-phub-python3_def_full
  • offline_sles15sp3_pscc_basesys-srv-ltss-desk-phub_def_full
  • offline_sles15sp4_pscc_basesys-srv-desk-phub_def_full
  • online_sles15sp5_pscc_basesys-srv-python3-desk-phub_def_full_zypp

Acceptance criteria

AC1 : Move the above testsuite to milestone group and test them with SCC

I noticed this and other failures in the VRs but I will resolve it as this was what we planned initially.
