updates_packagekit_kde

Test suite description

Upgrade scenario from Leap 15.2 with kde installed.

Fails since (at least) Build 20240117-1

Since my last commit to tests/update/updates_packagekit_kde.pm
The only failures that happen there are because of creation of snapshot and test not switching from console to x11
