Description

The last mail notification I received from status.o.o was on 2023-10-31 - probably before we started moving to Prague.

Since then, no mail notifications were sent.

On status2.i.o.o (which currently runs status.o.o), there is lots of 

status=deferred (connect to relay.infra.opensuse.org[2a07:de40:b27e:1203::10]:25: Invalid argument)

It seems to first time out with IPv4:

relay.infra.opensuse.org[172.16.164.6]:25: Connection timed out

and then falls back to IPv6, which naturally fails in Provo.

However, status* should not send mail using the relay as to be independent from other services.

Hence I disabled relayhost, and, to support sending mails to servers requiring encryption, added smtp_tls_security_level = may.
