Reproducible

Failed 4 times out of the last 10 runs on SP1

Well, the test developer always expects that shortcuts fail on SLE12-SP2 and succeed on other version. This seems wrong to me. The issue might be fixed in SLE12-SP2 but this test will ALWAYS record soft failure.

I'll try to refactor the code to send the shortcut and record a soft failure/do the workaround only if it fails and no matter the version.
