openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP4-BCI-Updates-x86_64-bci-base_15.4-ltss_on_Leap-15.4@64bit fails in
image_podman
This issue occurs only on non-SLES hosts due to the missing subscription. We need to disable test runs on non-ltss hosts for ltss containers.
