Motivation

Follow the poo 121639, SLE 15 SP4 enters LTSS on mid December 2023.
We need update 15 SP4 tests to add 'LTSS' and corresponding regcode for 'LTSS', this include Maintenance Update and MU development.

Acceptance criteria

AC1: Update SLES 15 SP4 test to add 'LTSS' and verify.
