Observation

Test didn't pass on 15-SP6, but I assume network should work ping: connect: Network is unreachable

openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP6-Online-x86_64-start_external_testkit_offline@64bit fails in
start_systemd_testkit_offline

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 34.1

I have verified with the latest systemd version, and the issue is resolved. I created a MR to replace it with the latest systemd.
