We discovered a recent failure in podman_netavark on s390x (only): https://openqa.suse.de/tests/12864575#step/podman_netavark/230
This resulted in https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1217400, however https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1217400#c3 suggests that this might be a test issue. Since podman_netavark is a new test suite and we do not test Tumbleweed on s390x, this might be indeed a test issue.
This ticket is about investigating this issue and figuring out, what the reason for the failure is.
