2023-12-07 heroes meeting
Attendees: Christian, Lubos, Georg, Eli, Bill, Neal, Brad

Issues we discussed:

Fastly CDN + WSL images. Hosting of MSFT signed .appx images from OBS. The problematic part is that we still have to manually upload image via a MS Store process. So nothing that can be easily automated.
We will have to establish some process to "upload" bits to some location on CDN. -> ask Bernhard (to use the CDN, using download.o.o is probably the way to go)

Missing routes on mirrors.o.o (https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/91007)

  • /list/rsyncinfo-stage.o.o.txt
  • /list/rsyncinfo.o.o.txt -> are they still needed?

-> Useful for new mirrors to know what to expect. Firewall issues fixed, now "just" we need to update the script to update these files.

Status of server migration to Prague

  • Migration complete
  • Implementation in process - some things still need improvement
