openSUSE admin

Hello dear admins.

Trying to contribute to openSUSE packages start to be a PITA since 2 weeks,
the mirror where I'm redirected from my IP are awfully slow.

Below a curl access for a 720KB file give 12 minutes.

Please either remove this badly maintained mirror, or ping the admin to fix
it. The issue is seen since at least a week now.

By is static, so always the same, if that help to debug the issue.
