Cloning the job installer_extended@64bit from last build (45.1) it seems that there is a Connection time out issue before the soft-failure under test,
inside the test module access_beta_distribution. Could be related with SCC proxy url

The scc proxy url is unreachable and this cause the time out issue.
Need to wait until scc proxy will be again available.
