mirror redirecting trouble?

Description

Tumbleweed updates, and attempts to "zypper ref", have been consistently
failing for me on more than just one system since 2023-11-28Tue15:54:28
central time usa. Meanwhile other users report success and no trouble,
suggesting perhaps some sort of trouble with automated mirror redirecting.
Surprisingly tho it even fails for me if i specify mirrors directly. FFI

Please provide output of shell command:

curl -IL http://download.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/repo/oss/repodata/repomd.xml

If the command returns '200 Ok' at the end - please execute command below and attach generated log file myzypp.log in current directory:

sudo LIBZYPP_LOG=$PWD/myzypp.log zypper refresh repo-oss
sudo chmod 444 $PWD/myzypp.log
