openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP5-Server-DVD-Updates-aarch64-docker_tests@aarch64-virtio fails in
image_docker

The apache2 package cannot be installed there.

The issue is that on 15-SP1 and 5-SP2 (LTSS), apache2 is not available anymore.
