- set nameservers (either local ones or hel1/2)
- set download server (either equip download-prg with an IPv4 address, install a systemd socket proxy on provo-gate, or configure provo-mirror to double-function as an internal http server - either of the solutions should yield a "download-prv.infra.opensuse.org" DNS record)
- assess speed / some states run incredibly slow, is it the file downloads from the Salt master?
